Christopher Scarver is one of a few men who exterminated two convicted serial killers when while he was in prison in 1994. Both Jeffrey Dahmer and Jesse Anderson deserved their fate and deserved to be exterminated. It is better to free Scarver now given that he became more paranoid for killing serial killers and sending them to their grave these two don’t deserve human rights they are only useless parts.

It is better to have a real life Dexter Morgan who killed a bad guy than let another innocent person die at the hands of a killer.
