The Judge in the case of Brittany Smith is wrong for blaming the hero and the victim for the incident and trying to damage the victim even more. This person deserves a pardon. This is a case of a hero being blamed twice for rescuing her brother and killing her rapist. The Brother who was attacked was on his way to rescue his sister from the retaliation in the process when that happned and instead once the accused rapist died it became a case of retaliating from the grave. Sadly in cases like this Men and Women get lectured double standards for some reasons to end misogyny. However when they take action it is back to back hero blaming and he is not the only one here who attacked misogynists and incels and killed them. Umm either way the guy or girl goes to jail no matter what happens. Its better to break eggs and make an omelet to ensure women have rights. Sometimes the killing of accused predators is required to spark an investigation. We Urge the state of Alabama please pardon and free Brittany Smith and let her restore her honor and life back. Also she spared more people from being abused in the process. People like this should not be in prison to begin with its all a waste of resources. Why should accused predators have rights but not the heroes that kill them? Its all to prevent men and women from ending structural misogyny in society. However that is needed it requires lots of purges to happen to clean up the issues surrounding that.
